If there is real need of private tutor make sure after consultation with the principal, that you engage, in good time one who is familiar with methods adopted in the school other than the teachers of our school.

Criticism of Teacher of the school in the presence of your ward should be studiously avoided because it causes the pupil to lose his/her respect for his/her teacher with consequent failure to learn from him/her.
